- Most reviews are turned around in 3–5 business days from when we receive your documents. Urgent reviews can usually be accommodated — let us know your deadline when you enquire.
- Do you work Australia-wide? +
- Yes. Structura is fully remote and works with homeowners, buyers, small builders and subcontractors across every state and territory in Australia.
- What documents do I need to send? +
- Typically your builder's quote or tender, scope of works, plans, and any contract drafts. Photos and emails help too. If you're unsure what's relevant, send what you have — we'll let you know what else we need.
- Are you independent from builders? +
- Completely. Structura takes no commissions, kickbacks or referral fees from builders, contractors or suppliers. Our only client is you.
